Hip Mobility with Red Light Therapy

A slow, intentional hip mobility class designed to release tension around the hips, pelvis, glutes, lower back, and inner thighs while supporting circulation, fascia hydration, joint range of motion, and nervous system regulation.

• Wear short clothing to absorb maximum energy
• Socks are recommended if you want to incorporate your splits practice
