A 60-minute small group class designed to clear stagnation, reduce inflammation, and restore your body’s natural fluidity. Specific movements activate lymphatic drainage and remodel fascia, while the red and near-infrared light boosts circulation and energizes your cells. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply recharged.

A one-hour small group experience that blends energizing Vinyasa yoga with the regenerative power of red light therapy. The class begins with a mindful flow designed to awaken your body, improve circulation, and open energy pathways - all bathed in the soft, healing glow of red and infrared light.
As your body finds its rhythm, the practice transitions into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra - a guided meditation that invites stillness, release, and nervous system repair. Each session is an intentional reset for both body and mind, held in a nurturing space where movement meets light, and science meets stillness.
